Welcome to our newly renovated apartment house in Niederau. In winter you can ski from the terrace off with your skis in the ski resort. In summer beautiful hiking trails lead through the valley. Our newly renovated apartment house is located on the outskirts of Niederau (Wildschönau) in the Kitzbühel Alps.
Enjoy wonderful walks directly from the house. Or let yourself be pampered Tennladen on the sun terrace at the restaurant.
The apartment (35 m²) located on the 2nd floor of our house and is equipped as follows:
1 fully equipped kitchenette with a seating area and satellite TV and a sofa bed for 2 people
1 bedroom with double bed
1 bathroom with shower (hairdryer)
1 WC
Balcony with chairs, table, parasol

* Restaurant with large sun terrace
* Quiet location on the outskirts of Niederau in the Wildschönau
* Apartments throughout the year booking (at short notice) in various sizes
* How are we enthusiastic mountaineers. Like hiking or we go with you our bicycles through our beautiful valley.

* Mountain sports space to store your personal sports equipment
* Unloading shelf for skiing and hiking shoes
* Large garden where you always happy to reside.
* Bus stop (also ski bus) in the immediate vicinity (80 m)
* All apartments can also cater for shorter stays (no extra charge)

We are happy to provide you at any time a baby cot, safety gate for bed and a high chair available.
All of our apartments can be booked throughout the year. Thus, one can also quiet seasons between the high seasons (spring and fall) enjoy a relaxing holiday in the mountains.
All offers of the resort are located max. 1 Km away from the house.
Restaurants, bus stop, ski lift, horse-drawn carriage rides, ... away from the house.
Other facilities such as supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, ski school, ski rental, gondola Markbachjoch, pharmacy, banks (ATM) easily within a few minutes (max 1 Km).
Please Observe the additional costs are to be paid directly to us:
Tourist tax: 2,00 EUR / day / person (children under 14 pay no)
Directly before the house you will find plenty of free parking!

For your stay you are comfortable equipped apartments available! We want to make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible! We are happy to provide information about all the excursions and offers in the valley and the surrounding area.
